Payment for care

Payment is due when services are provided unless arrangements have been agreed in advance. Our published policy lists Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please call about current payment methods and any arrangements before your procedure.

Insurance and balances

You are responsible for fees regardless of insurance coverage. Insurance estimates are not guarantees of payment; deductibles, plan limits, exclusions, and other terms may affect your balance.

Questions about a statement?

Call the office to review a bill or an insurance payment that has not appeared. Ask about any payment arrangement before treatment rather than assuming a monthly plan is available.
