We want people with disabilities to be able to find information and arrange dental care. Accessibility improvements are in progress on this preview website. We do not claim that every page or external service has been fully tested or meets every accessibility requirement.
Reading preferences
The Accessibility button offers larger reading text, higher-contrast content, underlined links, and reduced motion. Preferences stay in this browser and can be reset. These controls supplement—not replace—accessible page design, browser zoom, or your own assistive technology.
Keyboard navigation
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls, Enter to activate links, and Enter or Space to open navigation groups. The preferences window can be closed with Escape. Skip-to-content links let you bypass navigation.
Need help or found a barrier?
Call 760-732-5878 to ask for help obtaining website information or arranging an appointment. You may use your preferred telecommunications relay service. Tell the team which page and task caused difficulty, without sending sensitive health information in an ordinary message. Calls outside office hours go to voicemail and are returned when we reopen.
Known review areas
- Our external online scheduler has not been fully tested with assistive technology. Reading preferences here do not change that service. Contact the office if you cannot use it.
- The introduction video still needs a verified caption and transcript review.
- Patient-form PDFs need current versions and a document-accessibility review.
- Shared templates now include named main-content regions, clearer focus indicators, larger navigation controls, wrapping text, and simplified narrow-screen layouts. Keyboard operation of the preferences window has been checked.
- Testing with VoiceOver, TalkBack, and NVDA, real-device zoom and text enlargement, and a full page-by-page contrast and keyboard review are still required. Automated checks do not establish conformance.
