Routine visits and consultations
Tell the team what you would like help with, whether you are new to the practice, and any access or comfort needs. If you cannot find an appropriate appointment online, call.
Dental emergencies
New emergency patients can usually be seen the same day during normal office hours, subject to availability. Call rather than waiting for an online appointment when symptoms are urgent.
After hours
Calls go to voicemail and the team calls back when the office reopens. We are not a 24-hour emergency service. For trouble breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, or a serious facial injury, call 911 or go to an emergency department.
